Louis PelzFounder and CIO
In 1987, Louis began his career developing investment strategies for Tier One investment managers. He is a native Houstonian and graduated from University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business and Economics. He is married to the former Stephanie Rena and has four step-children. He is an active member in his community, having served on boards for the University of St. Thomas, the National Exchange Foundation, the Christus Foundation, Sam Houston Area Boy Scouts of America, and the University of Houston Honors College.
John Barry
John BarrySenior Partner
John began his financial career in high net worth estate planning. John is a graduate of the University of Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He earned his MBA at the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business. John and his wife Nancy and their six children are active parishioners at St. Michael Church. He is a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Calf Scramble Committee, and a member of the National Exchange Club, Memorial Chapter, and has served on Catholic school boards.

Katharine graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Economics and went on to play three years of professional golf on the LPGA Epson Tour. She is a native Houstonian and attended the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. She volunteers at the First Tee and is a member of the Houston Symphony League.

She graduated from Deer Park High School and went on to become an Esthetician before growing her family and switching careers.
